SILICON VALLEY SOLDIERS

Mission Statement: The best players want to be pushed to the highest level, and compete in settings geared towards a future in high school and college basketball; the serious player. Through hard work and a quality support group, this organization creates a high level environment, meant to motivate and enthuse players to reach full potential.
In 2015 BMG Academy was created to integrate established high level training/skill development through BMG Skills Academy. The Nike EYBL Oakland Soldiers organization represents a blue collar, tough minded approach to basketball, where we come to work everyday. Our merge becoming the Silicon Valley Soldiers will integrate a strong developmental approach with a burning desire for players to also receive a quality AAU experience. Through passion and a strong vision, the organization is committed to helping mold young people into future leaders in basketball and in life.

Training Program

A specific training program will be developed and all teams will be trained by experienced staff coaches, which will be collaborative and monitored by Coach Braz; strong ownership and trust is carried by our staff. College/NBA terminology, concepts, and skill work will be implemented into the development. Training will consist of individual skill concepts and touch-up on team concepts. This is high level teaching, made to strongly improve both skill and basketball I.Q. as well.
